Inspired yet efficient office design

Your core task as a manager is to provide your talent with plenty of room to develop to the fullest. And this is certainly true for an HR or facility manager.

Creating the ideal office environment is just one of the many facets of these challenging jobs. But this is an opportunity that does not present itself every week. Not even annually.

The organisation you work for is also unique. Thus, designing an inspiring office set up to achieve this is, by definition, tailor-made work.

Put all these things together and it’s clear that installing a new office interior will never be a routine job. A good dose of creative inspiration is certainly in order.

The company has been around for barely a year and yet it houses 19 employees already in what is being touted by some as the most beautiful office at Corda Campus. Scapta, a specialist in business processes optimisation with Microsoft technology is going places. CEO Alex Vandereycken recently accommodated his team at Corda 6 where the paint has barely dried and the last pieces of furniture were only just delivered. Scapta is a ‘no server-based' company; everything they do is hosted in the cloud via the Microsoft platform. Even their telephone switchboard is hosted by Proximus in the cloud. They have no servers of their own which makes them a front-runner in this regard. A pioneering role that led to this choice of location and interior: a dynamic environment where their ambitions are nurtured and employees feel at home.
